Medina Capital Investments acquired a semi-derelict property which consisted of light industrial, office and residential uses. The existing workspace was not fit for purpose and was in a complete state of disrepair, for the last 15 years the property had only accommodated a small number of employees.

MCI’s intention is to regenerate this stretch of Raynes Park by delivering a mixed-use development consisting of affordable and flexible workspace together with 20 residential apartments a number of which will be available for affordable housing.

It is our intension to offer the commercial space to local residents made available for a range of uses including offices, restaurants, retail, medical and community facilities.
