Medina Capital Investments have acquired this semi-derelict property which currently consists of light industrial, office and residential uses. The work space provided is in a complete state of disrepair and for the last 15 years has only accommodated a small number of employees. We intend to regenerate this stretch of Raynes Park and will be bringing forward a mixed use development consisting of affordable and flexible workspace that will provide up to 21 individuals with a modern working environment, encouraging small businesses to thrive in the locality. It is our intension to offer the provision to local residents and the commercial space will be available for a range of uses including offices, restaurants, retail, medical and community uses.
